Thirty-minute meals: chicken Alfredo pesto pasta

It can be on the table in just 25 minutes.

You will need:
* 500 grams angel hair pasta.
* Two teaspoons oil.
* 500 grams boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces.
* Two cups milk.
* Half a cup cream cheese.
* One large red pepper, cut into strips.
* A quarter cup grated Parmesan cheese.
* Two tablespoons pesto.

What to do:
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large non-stick pan on medium heat, add chicken pieces; cook and stir eight to 10 minutes or until done.
Stir in milk and cream cheese; cook three minutes or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is blended. Add peppers, Parmesan and pesto; stir. Cook for a further three minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Drain pasta. Add to cream cheese sauce; toss to coat.
